Dear customers outside of Germany,
As some of you may have heard, as of 1 July 2022, a tax in Germany on E-liquid products will be introduced.
What does this mean for customers outside of Germany?
Currently, much is still unclear about the specifics of this tax. In our case, it may mean a change in our range of products and the sizes offered. The good news is that the price for international customers will NOT be directly affected by this tax.
Most importantly however, it means that from July 1st onwards, we presume that there will be a period where it will not be possible for us to sell or send any E-Liquid related products (Liquid, Aromas, Base etc.).
If you’re considering placing a larger order with us before the tax implementation, please do so in a timely fashion, as we expect to receive a high volume leading up to July and we want to make sure every order can be processed in time.
How long can I store liquid?
Liquid can be stored for two years at a minimum. When storing, just make sure the liquid bottle is sealed tight and protected from direct sunlight.
Be assured that we will inform you here as soon as there is more concrete news on the topic and any developments from us.
Although this situation presents producers like us with challenges, we are working hard to make the necessary changes and look forward to continuing to serve our wonderful customers.
